Short presentation of the programme:

The Human Resources Management and Development program is designed in accordance with the international human resources management standards of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), UK, as well as the European and National Qualifications Framework.

The program is innovative and interdisciplinary, combining strategic human capital management, leadership and organizational behavior, technological innovations in HR and psychology of the work environment.

The education is conducted in English and is offered on a full-time basis, providing flexibility for working professionals.

Education structure

The program is structured into two main semesters and one semester of preparatory courses.

Preparatory module

It lays the foundation for human resource management functions, including:

 Human resource management in a business context and social responsibility;

 Strategies and policies for planning, selecting, evaluating and retaining talent;

 Training and career development of people in the organization.

First semester

Expands knowledge of the fundamental and strategic aspects of human resource management that ensure the optimal functioning of organizations and create an environment in which employees can achieve their potential, such as:

 Labor relations, social and pension insurance

 Employee remuneration and motivation systems

 Performance management, differences and equal employment opportunities

 Healthy and safe working conditions

 Strategic management, change and innovation in the organization

 Research methods in the field of HRM

Second semester

Enriches knowledge and develops soft skills for human resource management in an international and dynamic context

 Business globalization and international aspects of HRM;

 Knowledge management and projects;

 Coaching, mentoring, consulting, leadership skills and emotion management;

 Employer brand management;

 Organizational analysis, design and development through modern digital platforms and artificial intelligence.

International mobility:

The Master's program provides an opportunity for international student mobility under the European Erasmus+ program, which is the largest European initiative and allows students to study for a certain period (between 3 and 12 months) at a foreign university in countries such as Italy, Germany, Finland, Portugal, France, Turkey, etc.

Through the European Reform Universities Alliance (ERUA), students have the opportunity to participate in intensive lectures and online courses.

Graduation:

Completion of the Master's program is achieved by defending a Master's thesis or passing a state exam after completing the required number of credits. The method and conditions of graduation are in accordance with the "Standard for Completion of the Educational and Qualification Degree "Master" at NBU".
