The Art of Glass in Design and Architecture (in Bulgarian)
Short presentation of the programme:
The main advantage of the programme is the symbiosis between glass art, architecture and design and vice versa. The graduates of the programme get excellent practical and theoretical training. Arts, design and architecture graduates from NBU and other universities are trained there. It is a joint programme with Tamas Batia University, Zlin, Czech Republic. The study cycle is four semesters /two years. There are courses taught in English and Czech.

Fine Art: Glass
Qualification: MA Artist-Designer (Glass/Silicate Forms)
Graduate Student Competencies:
Graduates receive the educational and professional qualification of MA in Arts (Artist-Designer); work in design, interior architecture, fine and applied arts, advertising and the glass industry.
Graduation:
Completion of studies takes place by defending a master’s dissertation (implementation of a project in material upon earning the required number of credits. The graduation process complies with the NBU Standard for Educational and Qualification Degree Completion.
Occupation and possible positions:
Graduates receive the educational and professional qualification of MA in Arts (Artist-Designer); work in design, interior architecture, fine and applied arts, advertising and the glass industry.
