HR analytics and People Analytics – using data, artificial intelligence and automation to make informed decisions related to hiring, performance, motivation and retention of staff.
Digital transformation in HR – applying information technologies, AI-based solutions and automation to improve selection processes, performance management and career development.
Flexible work models and hybrid team management – developing strategies for remote work, managing teams in different geographical areas and adapting to new employment models.
Integration of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles in HR – implementing policies for corporate social responsibility, sustainable development and social impact in the organization.
Leadership, coaching and organizational development – developing leadership competencies, building mentoring programs and managing change in the organization.
Facilitating legal and ethical norms in HRM – ensuring compliance with labor legislation, personal data protection (GDPR) and implementing good practices for ethical human resources management.

Graduated masters in "Human Resources Management and Development" are prepared to deal with new challenges in the labor market by applying innovations, digital solutions and strategic approaches in human capital management.
International mobility:
The Master's program provides an opportunity for international student mobility under the European Erasmus+ program, which is the largest European initiative and allows students to study for a certain period (between 3 and 12 months) at a foreign university in countries such as Italy, Germany, Finland, Portugal, France, Turkey, etc.
Through the European Reform Universities Alliance (ERUA), students have the opportunity to participate in intensive lectures and online courses.

Completion of the Master's program is achieved by defending a Master's thesis or passing a state exam after completing the required number of credits. The method and conditions of graduation are in accordance with the "Standard for Completion of the Educational and Qualification Degree "Master" at NBU".
