Short presentation of the programme:

The programme expands the knowledge in the field of business functions and skills in creating strategies and achieving organisational goals. The programme comprises two specialisations, i.e. Management and Leadership and HR Management. There is a preparatory module for bachelor’s degree holders in other educational fields and an additional semester for the professional bachelor’s degree holders.

The programme provides placements and internships in leading organisations in business, management consulting, trade, sales and PR agencies.

The programme provides an opportunity for international student mobility at universities in Italy, Germany, France, Switzerland, Poland, Finland, etc.

Graduate Student Competencies:

Graduates will have knowledge and skills in:

• business functioning and application of specific strategies to achieve organisational goals in conditions of a changing business environment;

• approaches for making managerial decisions in different business structures and using tools for diagnosis and forecasting of markets and organizations;

Graduates in Management and Leadership Specialization will have additional knowledge and skills in acting as managers with strategic thinking in line with the globalising world, modern leadership paradigm, organisational behavior, human potential management, teams, communications, negotiations and business mediation.

Graduates in Human Resources Management Specialization will have additional knowledge on leading HRM standards and practices, skills for organisational design and human resources development: use of methods and techniques for personnel selection, evaluation and motivation, conflict resolution approaches.

Graduation:

Completion of studies takes place by defending a master’s dissertation or passing a state exam upon earning the required number of credits.

The graduation process complies with the NBU Standard for Educational and Qualification Degree Completion.

Occupation and possible positions:

Graduates pursue careers in the private and public sector in leading positions related to the management of corporate, business structures and government organisations, as well as in human resource management units.
