Успешно завършилите курса студенти:

1) знаят:

Студентите ще получат базисни знания за функционирането на организациите, което ще им позволи да си обяснат широк спектър оргнизационни феномени през психодинамичните и ситемни теории за организацииит.

2) могат:

Студентите ще бъдат в състояние да разпознават основните дисфункции на организациите в социалната сфера и да осъществят адекватни интеревнции, съобразени с организационните им роли.
