Short presentation of the programme:
In the first two years, the instruction in the programme focuses on general education courses, two-semester courses in the main areas of study, such as Mathematics, Introduction to Computer Science, Statistics, Electronics, Introduction to Algorithms and Programming, Introduction to Law, as well as practical courses such as C++ programming, Java programming, Computer Networks, Computer System Architectures, Operating Systems, etc. In the third and fourth years, the instruction comprises lecture and training courses.

Practical training courses:
Practical training includes placements in the NBU computer laboratories and internships in companies.
International mobility:
The program provides an opportunity for international student mobility with universities in Great Britain, France, Belgium and Germany.
Graduate Student Competencies:
• knowledge of the theoretical foundations of informatics, mastering several programming languages;
• skills to use different platforms and technologies for the development of computer games or computer applications; build information models and develop and administer information systems. The programme is methodologically supported by XS Software and Haemimont Games.
Graduation:
Completion of studies in the bachelor's programme takes place by defending a bachelor's thesis or passing a state exam upon earning the required number of credits. In addition to the professional qualification provided, students can also obtain additional specialisation by enrolling in a minor programme.
The graduation process complies with the NBU Standard for Educational and Qualification Degree Completion.
Occupation and possible positions:
Graduates pursue careers as specialists in information and communication technologies; software developers, database designers and administrators, web content developers, multimedia enterprise applications.
