Short presentation of the programme:
In the first two years, the instruction in the programme focuses on general education courses, two-semester courses in the main areas of study, such as Aesthetics and Art Theory, General History of Fine Arts, Culture and Semiotics, Mythology and Religion, as well as training courses, such as Practical Aspects in Graphic Design, Applied Aspects of Graphic Design, Computer-Aided Image Creation and Processing, Vector Techniques, Etude and Portrait, etc. In the third and fourth years, the instruction comprises specialised lecture and training courses.

Practical training courses:
Practical training includes participation in art projects, seminars, exhibitions, competitions, placements and internships.
International mobility:
The programme provides an opportunity for international student mobility at universities in Italy, France, Greece, Turkey, Spain, the Netherlands and Finland.
Graduate Student Competencies:
• knowledge in the field of visual arts and the stages of the creative process in the field of graphic design;
• skills to develop total graphic design in company advertising, information carrier design, spatial and graphic design of commercial and cultural objects, web design, video graphics and advertising; work with 2D and 3D computer graphics products.
Graduation:
Completion of studies in the bachelor's programme takes place by defending a bachelor's thesis or passing a state exam upon earning the required number of credits. In addition to the professional qualification provided, students can also obtain additional specialisation by enrolling in a minor programme.
The graduation process complies with the NBU Standard for Educational and Qualification Degree Completion.

Graduates pursue careers as graphic designers, computer animators, art designers, prepress experts, web designers, illustrators in graphic design studios, advertising agencies, publishing houses, freelance designers.
