This course will enable you to write structured, high quality and engaging workplace documents. You'll be able to consistently produce high quality written communications across a variety of professional platforms.

After completing successfully this course the students will:

1) know:

- The essential components and best practices in business writing.

- The essential components and best practices in branding, brand storytelling & employer branding.

- The essential components of an effective social media strategy.

- How to write a wide variety of business documents and revising them into highest-quality, professional business writing.

- How to cultivate business writing skills

2) are capable of:

- Writing a flawless major business document.

- Writing clear, effective, professional business documents, especially email, memos, letters, and reports.

- Writing a brand strategy

- Writing a social media strategy

- Presenting a professional document
