Анотация:
The course aims at:
• Understanding of the environment and its impact on relationships with employees;
• Identify and analyze the factors that influence the management of relationships with employees;
• Understanding and assessment of the relationship with the employees in the organization.
• Development of skills for managing relationships with employees;
• Adoption of mechanisms for interaction with trade unions; social partnership and collective bargaining - agreements and disputes.

Компетенции:
After completing successfully this course the students will:
1) Know and understand the basic characteristics and practice in the field of employment relations and relationships with employees.
2) are capable of:
• Implement specific regulatory models for management of employment relations and relationships with employees;
• Identify the factors within the organization that may affect the management of employment relations and relationships with employees;
• Apply, analyze and improve the mechanisms within organizations to manage employment relations and relationships with employees;
• Use different control schemes of social dialogue and collective bargaining.
