The programme prepares specialists in the interdisciplinary field of cognitive science. The training comprises courses in Cognitive Psychology and Cognitive Modelling, Constructive Memory, Psychophysiological Studies and Cognitive Processes, Visual System Information Processing, Higher Visual Functions, Brain Information Processing, Social Cognition, Spatial Cognition and Consciousness. The training courses include the International Summer School in Cognitive Science, seminars on memory and analogies, practicums in psychophysiological research, individual and group directed research, experimental work. All courses in the program are taught in English. The courses COGM101 Fundamentals of Cognitive Science", COGM001 Experimental Methods as well as the International Summer School in Cognitive Science are obligatory.
