Анотация:

The course aims to provide an understanding of the concepts related to knowledge management and information; to create attitudes to respond to the challenges of managing knowledge and information within an organization to improving business efficiency.

Through this course, students receive:

• Basic knowledge of information technology and knowledge management

• Understanding of the nature, purpose and application of information systems to knowledge management.

• Information about what and how to use of the dynamic IT world to be the best and strong against the competition.

Discussion of:

• Methods and tools to search for relevant information on the Internet.

• Information resources for finding appropriate software systems for solving particular problems.

Have the opportunity to:

• Develop skills in analysis information;

• To reflect facts, to operate with concepts and applied in practical situations learned from this research field;

• apply the knowledge from various fields in order to solve a complex problem for the protection of an overall concept;

• develop the skills to be problematic to draw conclusions and assumptions on a lack of information to offer alternative solutions.

• The information management process and how it impacts on decision making and organizational performance;

• The concept and importance of managing knowledge and information on the organization;

• The role of knowledge as an asset and their management;

• What are the key processes for managing knowledge necessary for innovation;

• How to develop a framework for creating a culture of knowledge management.

• Explain the relationship between data, information, knowledge and wisdom;

• Explain the relationship between individual knowledge and organizational knowledge;

• Identify sources of information relevant to your needs;

• To analyze and use modeling techniques to identify knowledge within the organization;

• Evaluate current and potential assets of knowledge within the organization;

• Explain the contribution of knowledge as an asset of the organization;

• Provide an opportunity for knowledge sharing within the organization;

• To recommend improvements in the current framework of the organizations that enable knowledge sharing.
