Анотация:
The course aims to provide introduction to the smart world of Internet of Things. It covers the broad range from types and classes of devices, interaction between them how they get connected to the internet, what happens in the cloud and what is the end user actually receiving.
The lectures of this course aim to introduce students to the intelligent world of the Internet of Things. Multimedia presentations and associatively conducted discussions will cover a wide range of topics on the advantages and risks of practical devices and protocols in specific case studies, within global service projects. In this way, students will understand closely the meaning of their interaction, especially in the globally developing field of IT services.
The discussion will focus on thought-provoking strengths and weaknesses of IoT smart solutions in our daily lives, business, community environment and industry.

1) know:

- About "embedded ethical standards" of IoT in digital services as "moral agents"

- how extracted data and automation bring added value.

- understand how all ITC components are closely interconnected in a global system.
- Understand and formulate the benefits and risks of a globally connected system.
- Explain the meaning and impact of digital transformation.
- Understand, define and improve IoT solutions for business, private or community purposes
