Анотация:
The course aims to provide an understanding of the concepts related to knowledge management, human capital and information. Create attitudes to respond to the challenges of managing knowledge and information within an organization to protect the business and improving business efficiency.
Through this course, students receive:
• Basic knowledge of information technology in the field of HRM
• Understanding of the nature, purpose and application of information systems and models for HRMD;
• Information about what and how to use the dynamic world of IT organizations to be the best and strong against the competition.
Discussion of:
• Methods and tools to search for relevant information on the Internet;
• Information resources for finding appropriate software systems for solving particular problems;
• Techniques for analysis and forecast of IT standards and look to the future.
Have the opportunity to:
• Develop skills in analysis, design of the request for tender, implementation and use of appropriate software;
• To reflect facts, to operate with concepts and applied in practical situations learned from this research field;
• apply the knowledge from various fields in order to solve a complex problem for the protection of an overall concept;
• develop the skills to be problematic to draw conclusions and assumptions on a lack of information to offer alternative solutions.

1) know:
• The concept and importance of managing knowledge and information on the organization;
• The role of knowledge as an asset and their management;
• What are the key processes for managing knowledge necessary for innovation;
• How to develop a framework for creating a culture of knowledge management.
2) be able to:
• explain the relationship between data, information, knowledge and wisdom;
• explain the relationship between individual knowledge and organizational knowledge;
• to analyze and use modeling techniques to identify knowledge within the organization;
• evaluate current and potential assets of knowledge within the organization;
• explain the contribution of knowledge as an asset of the organization;
• Provide an opportunity for knowledge sharing within the organization;
• to recommend improvements in the current framework of the organizations that enable knowledge sharing.

System Specifications: border protection, open, closed, isolated, positive and negative feedback, control model. Analysis of data - objects, features, and relationships; diagrams of systems and data flow; patterns database - management systems records hierarchical networks and associated databases. Organization in terms of information, the need for information on the various functions and activities of the organization.
