It focuses on critical analysis of scientific literature, ensuring that students can discern and apply best practices in the field. By the end of the course, students will be adept at managing videoconferencing for various project-based activities, equipped with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

Upon training course completion students have acquired knowledge / skills on:

- Project Scoping and Portfolio Management: Students will learn how to define project scope, set objectives, and manage project portfolios effectively. This skill is crucial for successful project planning and execution.

- Risk Management and Decision Making: understanding risk factors, assessing their impact, and making informed decisions are essential for project managers. Students acquire techniques to mitigate risks and navigate complex project scenarios.

- Effective Communication and Team Collaboration: students enhance their ability to communicate project requirements, updates, and expectations to team members, stakeholders, and clients.
