MABM233 Ethnic history of America

Annotation:

The main ethnic groups forming multicultural American society will be studied in terms of their migration patterns and history, demography, discrimination they had suffered from and cultural influences in the dominant American culture. These are Native Americans, Afro Americans, European Americans, Latinos, American Jews, Asian Americans, etc. Each group has its own profile and all of them share some similarities as well. They all will be discussed in detail.
