The course aims to

• introduce the students to practical use of specialized equipment for eye-tracking recordings

• give an opportunity for the students to design and conduct their own experiments

Each student designs, runs and analyzes a study using eye-tracking equipment. The study is described in a report.

During the course students have practical exercises in conducting eye-tracking research.. Students work with specialized equipment for eye-tracking recordings.

Students who complete this course:

1) will know:

• various eye-tracking metrics

2) will be able to:

• plan experiments using eye-tracking recordings

• carry out eye-tracker recordings

• analyze eye-tracking data and measurements

• knowledge in the field of experimental psychology and research methods in psychology

• skills to perform statistical analysis
