After completing successfully this course the students will:

1) know:

- How to plan a research of communication through special events.

- How to conduct communication research

- How to analyze collected data

- How to make recommendations based on research findings.

2) are capable of:

- Researching the effectiveness of communication through special events.

- Analyzing the relation between special events and effective communication

- Making strategies for better results through communication, based on research data
