Upon completing the training course participants will acquire the following skills on:
- Strategic Outsourcing Decision-Making: Students will learn how to evaluate outsourcing options, considering economic factors, geopolitical risks, and cultural nuances. They'll develop the ability to make informed decisions about offshoring, nearshoring, and onshoring.
- Process Optimization and Efficiency: Participants will gain insights into standardizing processes, implementing global standard practices, and leveraging technology for efficiency. They'll understand how to streamline service delivery models and enhance overall productivity.
- Cost Management and Location Selection: The course equips students with cost reduction strategies and insights into labor market dynamics. They'll be able to identify optimal outsourcing locations based on cost-effectiveness and other relevant factors.
