Annotation:
The purpose of the course is to present to students the specifics for starting, developing and financing of micro-, small and medium-sized enterprises in Bulgaria and in other counties in the world. There are classes for independent studies, practice and discussion on current issues in the field.

Students who complete this course:
1) will know:
• the specifics of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Bulgaria and in major trade partners of the country;
• the forms of financing of micro-, small and medium-sized enterprises in Bulgaria and in European Union;
2) will be able to:
• understand and apply the basic terminology in the filed of small and medium-sized enterprises in Bulgaria and in European Union;
• evaluate the existing restrictions in the economic policy and the business environment
