Анотация:
L' objectif du cours est d'offrir des connaissances approfondies de mener des analyses comparees des systemes politiques et des enjeux geopolitiques des Balkans et de la region de la Mer Noire.
Le cours se base sur des approches pluridisciplinaires tendant a consolider les aptitudes des etudiants de mener des analyses pratiques concretes concernant les problemes politiques internes et les problemes internationaux des Balaider et de la region de la Mer Noire.
