COURSE ANNOTATION AND AIMS:
" The course orients students to the common area of the relationship between religion and policy.
" The course forms the theoretical apparatus for analyzing the relationship between religious and political systems.
" Introduce with basic concepts of policy, government and political relations in the context of religion-politics link.
" Provides general and specialized knowledge in the development of political relations to religion.
" The course aims to establish and develop skills for tracking and analyzing the genealogy of the problems encountered on religious grounds.

Описание на курса:
After completing successfully this course the students will:
" , Major policy directions, key concepts and principles of development of relations between religion and policy, Church and State;
" Specifics of the various political relations of the Middle Ages to Modern Times in the context of European integration.
2) are capable of:
" Make a comparative analysis of basic concepts about the place and role of religion in political development of society;
" Make a comparative analysis of different historical and political practices in the development of relations between the major religious and political systems.
3) job opportunities, according to the National Register of Jobs and Positions in the Republic of Bulgaria:
- Mid-level specialists and experts in international organizations - UN, The Council of Europe, OSCE, NATO
- Experts in the EU institutions
