Анотация:
The course introduces the students to the main concepts and theories in philosophy of Law. The course outlines both the history and the problems of philosophy of Law linking the subject to Ethics, Legal theory and Politics. Some of the main problems presented are the justification of Law, punishment, responsibility, human rights and justice.
