SODB301 Теория на привързаността

Анотация:

Защо едни са по-големи оптимисти от други? Защо някои хора се справят с предизвикателства по-добре от други? Защо приличаме на нашите родители, дори да не искаме това? На тези въпроси курсът отговаря през основни понятия от теория на привързаносттта, теория, която обяснява как ранните отношения в семейството повлияват базисното усещанe за сигурност и несигурност у хората.

Теория на привързаността предлага знания за това как в най-ранна възраст развиваме умения да разбираме другите и себе си, да поемаме рискове и да създаваме отношения на доверие – умения, които се развиват единствено в семейството – независимо дали то се преживява като добро или не толкова добро.

Курсът обяснява компоненти на привързаността, емоциите , свързани с тях, тяхната проява в поведението на детето и възрастния. Изясняват се процесите на изграждане на психичната структура на индивида чрез връзката възрастен-дете, ефекта на раздялата от семейството и ролята на помагащия професионалист в работа с травмите, свързани с привързаността. Представят се най-новите изследвания в областта на ранното детско развитие и терапевтични програми.
