PSYE318 Practice: Research Project
Annotation:
The course is designed to support and guide students in their research. It will provide students with practical experimental work, including setting and achieving realistic goals, planning, using experimental equipment, gathering and analyzing data. The course will also guide students through a range of thinking and writing issues such as development of a critical framework of literature review and research methods.
The course aims to provide key aspects of scientific research, including research tools, methods, and ethical questions.

Competencies:
Upon completion of the course students should be able to:
• Design, plan and do experimental work;
• Analyse data and write up experimental report;
• Articulate and critically evaluate their chosen research subject;
• Present their research to interdisciplinary audience.
Prerequisites:
To know basics of experimental design and statistics.
