LEAB061 Европейски институции (на английски и френски език)

Анотация:

The course aims at introducing basic concepts related to the establishment, functioning and development of the European institutions in both English and French languages. The course is designed to help students understand the different types of institutions that have been established in Europe since 1945. A particular focus of the course is put on the study of the European Union as a particular set of institutions and actors that produces specific types of polices affecting both states and citizens.

Les objectifs du cours sont de proposer des connaissances des concepts principaux lies au fonctionnement et au developpement des institutions europeennes en langue francaise et en langue anglaise. La structure du cours est concue de facon a aider les etudiants dans la comprehension des types differents d’institutions a la base de l’integration europeenne depuis 1945. Une attention speciale est portee a l’etude de l’Union europeenne en tant qu’ ensemble complexe d’ institutions et d’ acteurs qui produisent des types differents de politiques qui par consequent influencent a la fois sur les Etats et les citoyens.

Written assignment 50% of final grade – students will be requested to prepare one short presentation in English and one short presentation in French on selected topics.

Translation 50% of the final grade – comprises individual work on questions in both English and French languages and covers major topics addressed in the course.

L’evaluation des etudiants est composee de:

50% une presentation en langue anglaise et une presentation en langue francaise

50% traduction de l’anglais vers le francais et du francais vers l’anglais des textes lies au fonctionnement de l’Union europeenne
