OBJECTIVES:

Learning skills need to be improved. It is not enough to have any skills they need to constantly evolve and create new ones. This course enables students to learn about the various methods and techniques for effective learning to do self-assessment of your skills and build your personal strategy for learning and development based on their own abilities and attitudes, according to the time they can spend and environment you can provide.

Компетенции:

Students who successfully complete the course know, understand and be able:

1) know:

• variety of methods for formal, unformal and informal learning

• methods for the creation and implementation of plans to acquire new knowledge

• how to apply the methods to assess the knowledge and skills necessary for critical analysis and evaluation of the implementation of the action

• how to search for relevant literature in accordance with the given topic.

2) be able to:

• personal development plan

• teach confidently using a variety of formal and informal methods

• to develop their skills and maximize their personal effectiveness

• orient themselves better in the selection of information resources

• create fluid plans for the study of literature on a specific topic.

• write and present research papers, identify the materials needed for the analysis, critical approach to the study, and to make qualitative conclusions.

Students should have knowledge and/ or skills in:

• English reading/ writing skills

• Computer skills (text-processing, worksheets, Internet and e-mail).
