The mail goal of the course is to introduce to students the main developmental theories, theoretical debates in developmental psychology, changes and there continuity and discontinuity trough the life-span. To present different types of psychological methods that are appropriate to different ages.

Students who complete this course:

1) will know:

• The changes in the psychological processes during the developmental course;

• The proper research methods for a certain age.

2) will be able to:

• To discuss topics regarding problems related to the development of the psychological processes;

• To think critically on different developmental situations;

• Will have initial skills in conducting a psychological experiment and how to use questionnaires/interviews for different ages.
