• Develop an understanding of the influence of the environment on the process of recruitment and selection in the organization;

• Understand the legal and ethical standards of selection and assessment of human resources;

• Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment methods and selection of the "right people" for the "right job";

• Developing skills to work with various assessment tools for recruitment and selection;

• Analyze the factors that influence the staff selection and evaluation;

• Understand the nature and specificity of the assessment processes, and how to attract and retain talent in the organization.
