PSYE214 Етика за психолози

Анотация:

The course introduces students to the basic ethical norms which psychologists should obey in all areas of their professional practice: education, research, various types of professional service. The Ethical Code of APA and the Meta-code of EFPA are discussed in details and the students are taught how to apply the principles and the standards of these ethical codes to real situations.

After completing successfully this course the students will:

1) know:

• the main types of ethical theory;

• the main principles implemented in the Ethical Code of APA and the Meta-code of EFPA;

• the five-step model for resolving ethical issues;

2) be capable of:

• recognizing and analysing ethical issues following the five-step model;
