Анотация:

International Business Environment (IBE) is believed to be essential to the context of the implementation of international business and an important factor in the management of companies, as well as the analysis of large-scale enterprises.

This course is a self-study course for audience under the same name.

The course includes the study of foreign, international environment in which the companies conduct their business; which is the international context in which firms operate. It is the environment in which the company is incised and what distinguishes the international business environment than other areas of the company management. The study of international business environment is considered of great importance to businesses because companies essentially held various cross-border operations. As companies expand in foreign markets, structural and environmental problems, and the level of risk for them increase.

International business environment is multidimensional - it involves political risks, cultural differences, commercial risks, legal and tax characteristics. Therefore, the course is interdisciplinary and includes issues from different disciplines from different disciplines (eg., Marketing, finance, operations, strategy, organizational behavior, legal framework, culture, tax regime) the theories and methods.

The project aims to create practical skills in managing communication activities of the international market and practical skills in international communication activities.

- To perform a systematic reduction of the production cost of communication products

- To create an appropriate organization of the company in this market

MAIN COURSE PLAN:

The course is out of class course and within its students will need:

- Participate in a scientific report at a conference entitled "Analysis of external communications target market"

- Develop a group of 3 students study (case) in a particular subject:

o "Companies and organizations involved in positioning / identification of problems of intercultural environment. (This is the case, there is no real client.)

o The model of the environment and its components "

o International institutions, local authorities and businesses. Analytical frameworks for combating the dangers (risks) for the business.

o Economic structure, business behavior, and their interrelation.
