PMEM207 Местно самоуправление
Анотация:
We are all citizens of a country. We know about its most important government bodies, but that knowledge is somehow abstract and have never experienced directly. We can experience life and never once did not enter the Parliament, the Presidency and the Council of Ministers. But we cannot live our lives without visiting often municipality. Ever since our birth, before we entered the conscious we have recorded in its records by the act of our birth. But even more paradoxical is that our relationship with the municipality continue even when we no longer - by issuing a death certificate.
This undeniable connection shows how important it is to know our relationship precisely with the municipal political-administrative environment. Knowledge to ensure our successful life of citizens.
