Dear Tony,
I hope that you are fine and busy with your exciting projects.
Following our conversation in Sofia about the conference in September , I was thinking that we can use the event for presenting good practices in the field of DI. I wandered whether as a preparation of the event we can distribute guidelines for identifying the best practice in the following DI fields – adoption and foster care for institutionalized children, prevention of institutionalization and reintegration of I child in their biological families.
